Please contact us as early on as possible to reserve the conference room & schedule our closing personnel. We can accommodate an after hours closing request.

To accommodate your closing we will have available full office facilities, a copier, a scanner, a fax machine as well as internet and email services. Pursuant to your instructions we will immediately provide you with the information required to obtain funding confirmation as applicable and will return the executed documents immediately. Listing and selling agents or mortgage brokers are welcome to attend.

Please remind all parties executing documents to bring proper identification to closing. The conference room may be booked for subsequent closings so we ask all parties to arrive on time. Our closing personnel will be available to you throughout the closing via phone or email and will contact you immediately should the need arise.

Please send us your complete closing instructions and indicate if there are special requirements, i.e., original surveys to be collected at closing, etc.
